• You may cancel any purchase of in-game currency or items within 24 hours of the transaction if you haven’t used the item or currency. After that, cancellations are not permitted.

Event Cancellations

If you register for any special events or tournaments, you can cancel your participation before the event starts. Contact customer support to cancel your registration.
